Angel Franco is an Associate Project Manager at Constructive Management and proudly holds the distinction of being the company’s first hire. With over five years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Angel brings a unique blend of field expertise, technical acumen, and a highly organized approach to every project he supports.

Since joining Constructive Management, Angel has played a key role in managing high-end residential developments, supporting project scheduling, financial tracking, and executive reporting. His attention to detail and proactive communication help ensure that projects stay on track and aligned with client expectations.

Angel’s professional journey spans multiple industries and countries. At GRJ Quality Painting in Reno-Tahoe, he led field operations and served as a multilingual liaison for clients. In Paris, he worked with SNCF to optimize train maintenance logistics using Python, Minitab, and Arena modeling. He also contributed to sustainability efforts at La Poste by helping develop a mobile app to reduce carbon emissions through smarter delivery routing. At PALSER in Mexico, he managed costs and led operational improvements. Angel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ESIEE Paris and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
