With over 25 years of experience in construction project management, Brian McCall brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to every project he leads.  A graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Construction Management, Brian has built a career defined by precision, creativity, and leadership under pressure.

Before joining Constructive Management, Brian served as a Project Manager at Devcon Construction Inc., where he successfully delivered a wide range of complex projects. He has also served as an expert witness in construction litigation, offering deep technical insight and clarity in high-stakes legal contexts.

As Director of Construction Project Management, Brian is known for his calm, decisive leadership and ability to navigate challenges while keeping projects on track—on time and within budget. His commitment to client success is evident in every phase of his work, from initial planning through final delivery.
