Camron joined Constructive Management as an intern in 2024, quickly becoming a valuable contributor to the team. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, he was assigned a forward-looking research project tailored to his perspective as a digital native:

“How AI will impact the construction industry in the next 2 and 5 years, and which AI tool Constructive should beta test.”

As he continues his academic journey, Camron remains involved with Constructive, providing IT support and assisting with operational initiatives. His curiosity, adaptability, and tech-savvy mindset make him a strong asset to the team.
