Mark Zikakis brings over two decades of institutional investment leadership to his role as Senior Advisor at Constructive Management. With deep expertise in real estate finance, asset management, and capital strategy, Mark provides high-level guidance on investment planning and portfolio optimization for the firm and its clients.

Mark spent 23 years as Head of U.S. Asset Management for CBRE Global Investors (now CBRE Investment Management), where he oversaw national investment operations and helped shape the firm’s long-term real estate strategy. His leadership contributed to the performance and growth of one of the world’s largest real estate investment platforms.

In addition to his advisory work, Mark serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California Graduate School of Business, where he teaches courses in finance and investment strategy, mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
