Randy Heldt brings over two decades of technical and regulatory expertise to his role as Senior Project Manager at Constructive Management. With a 24-year background in construction and facilities, including extensive knowledge with utility projects and a proven track record in project execution, compliance, and team leadership, Randy is known for his ability to manage complex systems with precision and accountability.

Before joining Constructive Management, Randy served as Compliance Manager at Applied Process Cooling Corporation, where he oversaw regulatory support for more than 500 clients across the western U.S. His leadership extended to supervising teams, managing financials, and ensuring adherence to evolving environmental and safety standards. He has also held key roles at Sensient Natural Ingredients and Dole Packaged Foods, where he led engineering, maintenance, and environmental departments, developed regulatory programs, and supported capital planning initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Randy managed multimillion-dollar industrial refrigeration projects, coordinating equipment procurement, permitting, and construction schedules. His technical fluency spans AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and IIAR standards, and he is highly experienced in process safety management (PSM), hazardous waste compliance, and technical documentation.

Randy holds an Associate of Science in Computer Drafting and Design and a diploma in Cost Accounting and Computer Sciences. He is an active member of the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR), the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association, and the Central Valley Chemical Safety Day Committee.
