Rich Martinson is the backbone of the company’s technology infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy. With decades of experience in Information Technology (IT) project and program management, Rich combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, user-first approach to ensure secure, seamless operations across the organization.

Rich is known for going above and beyond when providing technical support, earning the trust and appreciation of both staff and clients. His friendly, approachable demeanor makes him a valued team member and a go-to problem solver.

Throughout his career, Rich has led major IT initiatives at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, CA Technologies (now Broadcom), and HP Enterprise Services, including system integrations, cloud migrations, and infrastructure performance optimization. He has also designed custom ServiceNow applications and managed hybrid Agile and waterfall projects across both public and private sectors.

Rich’s cybersecurity credentials include certifications in ServiceNow Security Operations, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and IT Risk and Compliance, equipping him to implement robust security protocols and safeguard sensitive data across all systems. His work spans IT service management, field service operations, knowledge management, and secure service delivery.

He holds a B.S. with honors in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and is certified on ITIL, and a number of platforms, including  ServiceNow's Application Developer and Implementation Specialist in Field Service Management.
