Rick Wilson brings nearly three decades of experience in construction and real estate development. He began his career building custom homes in East Hampton, NY, and later moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he co-founded San Francisco Structural, specializing in structural and high-end residential projects.

Driven by a desire to understand the development side of real estate, Rick joined CBRE Global Investors (now Investment Management), a global real estate investment firm with over $100 billion in assets under management. As Director of Construction, he led national project teams through acquisition, due diligence, design, permitting, and development execution.

In 2020, Rick began managing construction initiatives for an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Family Office. Building on this experience, he founded Constructive Management to provide tailored construction and asset management services to discerning clients seeking precision, discretion, and excellence.
