With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane Hunner brings a rare blend of hands-on craftsmanship and executive-level leadership to his role as Project Executive at Constructive Management. Raised in a family of fine home builders, Shane began his career as a carpenter in high school, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for building and design.

After earning his B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo (Cum Laude), Shane advanced through roles in both commercial and residential sectors. At Kitchell CEM, he managed large-scale public projects for school districts and municipalities across the Bay Area. In 2013, he returned to the residential sector, where he has since led the construction of numerous award-winning, architecturally significant homes.

Shane is known for his ability to bridge the gap between design vision and construction execution. He leverages industry-leading tools to manage budgets, schedules, and design coordination with precision, while maintaining a deep commitment to client satisfaction. His approach is rooted in adaptability, continuous learning, and a genuine desire to bring each client’s unique vision to life.
